all of the sudden my sound has stopped working and when I
open the media player it tells me that there is no audio
hardware or hardware is not responding. Any ideas?Please
also let me know if there is software I can download to
solve this problem.

WMP won't be able to produce sound if the system can't. If the system can't
produce sound, there should be a troubleshooter for you to use in the Sounds
and Audio Devices control panel.

cause i have the same one
