No New Forward Lookup Records?

I have set up or new DNS server on the lan. We are a large
workgroup running Win2000. We do have a Domain Server
(win2k) but most people do not belong to the domain. DNS
has been running for several days now, and I only see one
machine listed in the forward lookup zone, it is one of
the few that have belong to the domain.

I was wondering, will I see the other machines listed in
this view, or do they have to belong to the domain?

Regards,

They'll need to belong to the domain and have the same domain suffix, AFAIK
(have DHCP dish this out). Any reason you want to keep a workgroup when you
have the much better option of using the domain?

Are you allowing dynamic update on the zone? I think it'd have to be both
(secured nad nonsecured). you can read on the DNS tab that "nonsecured" is a
security risk, so think about that.
