No longer Admin Account

's Computer Specifications

It seems I am unable to install software on my computer, nor is my CD ROM
recognizing disks. It tells me I am not authorized to download????? I have
no other accounts set up on my laptop. Is anyone else having this issue and
how do I fix this?
