No Internet Connection Sharing on WinXP 64-bit???

I was just reading about Internet Connection Sharing here
(http://www.microsoft.com/resou*rces/.../xp/*all/prodd...)
which tells me this:

"Internet Connection Sharing, Internet Connection Firewall, Discovery
and Control, and Network Bridge are not available on Windows XP 64-Bit
Edition. "

Is this true??!!

I guess the real question is "why would it matter?"

Any comments?
