Yes, zone transfers from a secondary DNS zone viewpoint, an AD integrated
zone is no different than any Master zone, and zone transfers are the same.

No such critter as an AD integrated Secondary, all AD integrated zones are
Primary masters. AD integrated zones get their zone data from the Active
Directory Database, there are no text based zone files for AD integrated
zones.
When you have an AD integrated zone, the actual zone data is replicated
through Active Directory to Domain Controllers only, there are no zone
transfers done between the DNS servers, all AD integrated zones are masters
and list their own machine name on the SOA as the Primary Master.

No problem to make a zone transfer to a secondary Unix based DNS server.

Secondaries can not be AD Intergated
