I'm new to this sort of thing but stumbled upon the site while trying to sort out some problems and found it full of great information so thought I should be part of it. Thought I was pretty clued up about this computer stuff but am learning quickly that I don't know very much at all. Hopefully with everyone's help I can change that!!

Hello Katherine & Welcome to PCReview
I often stumble around, though mostly when after a few pints of falling-down-water
