Hi, I recently bought a new Power Supply Unit for my PC, and i was
wondering if the SATA connecter can connect to EIDE hard drives... it
says the Power Supply supports ALL Serial ATA hard drives, Serial ATA
optical drives and other Serial ATA drives.. so will it support EIDE
drives?

It depends on what you're trying to say with EIDE. If I'm not mistaken,
EIDE is a synonym for ATA, coined at a time before serial ATA was
around. At any rate, a connector designed for a serial ATA device will
not, without some sort of adapter, attached to a *parallel* ATA device.
Is that what you're hoping to do?

No the SATA power plug will not fit an ATA hard drive, but
surely the PSU has the ATA style 4 pin molex plugs too?
