The way you describe it, your system is compromised beyond salvation, and
you need to do a clean install. But I can guarantee you that no matter what
you do, the problems will always return until you learn how to use the
Internet wisely. One of the most important things you can do is to be
extremely cautious about the web sites you visit, the objects you click on
and the "free" software you install. A better attitude wouldn't kill you,
either.
