Network Neighborhood

We have a public PC running Win2k and do not wish to have
Network Neighborhood icon on desktop for security
reasons. Network is mixed WinNT & Win2k with WinNt as
PDC. Have been unable to remove icon using the policy
editor. How can I do it through registry?
