HI,
I've got two Dell Dimension 3100 that are connected to a netgear DG834G2
router for access to the internet. Both are connected with an RJ45 Cable.
I want this two computers to share files but having problems getting them to
do so.
When I ping computer A to computer B I do get results but when I ping from
computer B to computer A, I get error message "Request Timedout".
Please advice.

Look for a firewall on computer A that's blocking access. Note that
some recent antivirus programs include firewall components.

The Windows Security Center should tell you if there's a firewall.
