I keep getting a TCP error, the directory is always busy.
How do i get it to work? I think my networking is the
problem or the firewall. Can someone please help me?

What exactly does this error say?

What directory? The Microsoft Internet Directory gives errors on attempts to
login -- is that what is happening? Even when running though it provided no
directory service.

What to you want to do?

http://www.meetingbywire.com/NetMeeting101.htm has a discussion of calling
strategies for NetMeeting -- it may provide information you need.

If you are behind a NAT( firewall, router, dsl modem) you will *likely*
experience:

1) no incoming calls
2) outgoing calls have no incoming audio/video.

There are some router configuration changes that can be made to alleviate
the situation but whether they are possible in your case depends on what
device you are using.
