.net application - how to use CATLRegExp?

So, I'm a newbie when it comes to .net development. I've got a forms app,
and I'm trying to use the CATLRegExp class <a
href="http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/k3zs4axe(VS.80).aspx">class
reference</a>. Any suggestions? Am I in the wrong place for asking that
kind of question?
