About .net application name

Hello,
In WindowsXP, the registry will save ran application name in the sub key
below.
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ShellNoRoam\MUICache"

Any .exe files created by vb.net have the path, but have no the value(.exe
file name), why?
