hiya ppl
i am from romania so that is the reason i am so desinformed alsow i dont know exactly all terms and words but i hope u will understand me

my problem its international way
i play an online game (mmorpg) and the company who manage that game ( they are from UK and the server is hosted there) start in my opinion 2 make some abuses against some players from game.
so i consider that i am one of the victims and i want 2 make a complain against them 2 an UK or international
institution(somit like a national or international autority) who can help me or give me advices about that
i hope u have any ideas about what i need

Welcome Montigo,

Which online MMORPG is this - there is probably an association of Game Developers/Publishers who would be the best people to speak to. If you tell us the game I will see what I can find for you

they took the game from wemade i think they are the game makers but i have problems wiv QGO
WeMade have nothing 2 do wiv the european servers

I've never heard of that before I'm afraid, and their website doesn't give any contact details either (http://www.qualitygo.com/). They do pride themselves on "excellent customer service" apparently though - have you contacted contacting them directly?

well the story is in this way
me and some other ppls from game had found a quest ingame that was buged we didnt knowed sure if that is a bug or thats they way game shuld be so some of use emailed them before makeing the quest and used the money we gained 2 us and dont continue the quest
one of my m8s have some screenies wiv the email she sent 2 them , she was asking if that is a bug or not and if she can make it without problems like been acused 4 bugexploiting
(she posted the print screens wiv email i can show u them aswell)

that was the post but OMG they delete it or sommit u cant even watch it dont say about it was closed in 1sf sew secs

ill try 2 get the links where she update the emails print screens

then they shearch after our account alot and i got bann because the acc infos was diferent from credit card infos "because i dont have yet a credit card so a good firend used the credit card 2 pay the account"
i will be unbanned when my m8 will send a confirmation that she is the credit card owner
i see they blocked the visualization 2 the post i made wiv asking about my bann aswell

they had no replyes 4 the emails she sent and she specified in emails that if they dont reply that means its no problem wiv makeing quest so is no bugexploiting
few weeks ago they found about about the bug and stoped it, in that moment they sayed will be no action taken against the players who made money from that bugexploiting
few days ago they saz if ppl donmt get money back in 1 month we will be drastik punished
so im thinking they will bann our account
alsow i want 2 remember u that this is a pay 2 play game
so i have the money 2 give back but i just dont what 2 do that
if i give back money its like i recognise that is my foult they didnt reply 2 they emails ppl sent and QGO will apeat 2 be somit like heroes and us like cheaters and tiefs
thats why i wanna see if i can make a complain 2 national autority or international one
is not my foult they didnt reply 2 emails or they dont even read them and they are not capable 2 manage they game as they shuld and fix the game bugs

the suport team is the only one who reply
they gived me a techingcal suport team couse i culdnt play had some PC problems but they never reply 2 my emails or sommit

Well it all sounds very unfair of them to kick you from the server montigo just because you reported a bug in one of the quests.

But to ban you because of account and credit card details being wrong is probably just the companys way of playing it safe so they do not get defrauded, until they can check your details and verify you are the account holder and that the credit card holder is not being defrauded because your account is in a different name.

I suggest you telephone them again explaining the situation to them and possibly giving some sort of verification of the other party's credit card details.

And just sit tight until they sort it there end....

Thats about all i can suggest i'm afraid...

i just dont like at all the way they managed this situations specialy the one wiv the bug
i know i cant do much because the EULA
why the players have no rights in this kind of games why just the companies have all the rights
after i pay 4 the game i dont have rights and dont have nething the aacount is them not mine even if i pay 4 it ,
items i get are not mine
everithing its o property of company who manage the game
i fell like if i pay i need 2 get sommit back
all i get if fun but that can transform in problems (not fun at all) like the the bug case
i feel like ok i pey 4 the fun
but what i get 4 my lost time and 4 my work >.<
i feel like i shuld get sommit 4 that aswell
at lest i shuld have the properties of my items or chars
i can give my items 2 ne1 if the company dont want that >.<
i dont mean 2 sell them 4 real money i mean just 2 give them away 2 friends or 2 other char of mine
and i cant do that (i think)
need 2 read EULA much more times 2 see all what i can or canot do ingame
