I need to replace my MSI board and need a recommendation on a brand
and hopefully a model. I want to keep my processor, AMD XP 2100, and
my memory, PC2100 SDRAM.

Any recommendations for a good socket A board???

Asus A7N8X
http://usa.asus.com/prog/p_search.asp?kp=A7N8X&langs=09

If you buy one of these get one with the newer version of the chipset
labeled "Ultra 400" (or v2.00 not a 1.0x), they officially support a
400/333/266/200 FSB CPU and PC3200 ram for future upgrades.
