Hi

I have 2 routers at home one with IP 192.168.1.x and another with 192.168.3.x

The Desktop PC that I am using to wake up is on 192.168.1.x and if i am connecting to the same router the WOL is working, but I am not sure how to wake up the PC if I am connecting to the other router which is 192.168.3.x

Any idea please !!!

most Wake On LAN utilities I've seen use MAC address. There's a command line utility called MC-WOL (here) that has instructions for using it for computers on a different subnet. I've never made it work, but for me, a computer on a different subnet happens to be in another state. I would suggest looking through their information and seeing if that will work for you. You have to use the command with the IP Gateway of the subnet the computer you want to wake is on and then the MAC address.
