I need chage the DNS IP Address, and i don't know tocreate a new Reverse
Lokkup Zone

You mean the NIC->IP address on the DNS server or the DNS
server used by the (other) clients?

Just change the settings on either for the NIC->IP properties or
change their DNS server in (nearly) same place and in DHCP.

Reverse lookup zones are pretty much irrelevant to internal computers.

But to create such a zone, just use the DNS MMC, select on the
Server's Reverse Zones folder and right click to create a new one.
