napster denied access to my computer

I just subscribed to the napster website but everytime I try to sign in I
receive a message saying they are being blocked by access to my computer. I
register napster to firewall exception list but they still wont let me sign
in. I need help.

confusing. You need to look at a newsgroup for Napster such as
alt.music.mp3.napster
