I have A win2000 Server with terminal services activated
but when my Win2000 Clients connect to it they only can
connect Via temporary licences I have read in microsoft
website that I do not need any extra licence for Win 2000
or Win XP but still I can not comnnect my clients after 90
days of temporary licences are expired. any thoughts?

Do you have a TS Licensing Server installed and activated?
W2K Pro and XP Pro clients do *not* have a TS CAL built-in, they
receive a free TS CAL from the LS as soon as you activate it.

Have you installed the Terminal Services Licensing Service on a Domain Controller in the domain? TSLS is REQUIRED regardless of whether or not all of your clients are XP Pro or 2000
