Is my laptop good for casual to hardcore gaming?

I just got a Dell Studio 1537 Laptop with 4gb ram and 320gb hard drive.(vist home premium) It has Intel graphics Media accelerator 4500 MHD integrated graphics. I am happy with the computer it self but i want to know if it is any good for gaming.If it isn't does any have any suggestions about how i can improve it?

Any advice will help

It will be OK for casual gaming, but not for hardcore gaming.

Laptops generally are not good for hard gaming baring a few specialist ones, and unlike a desktop you will not be able to improve the gaming spec from what you bought.

Ewwwww Intel GPU..... me thinks that modern casual gaming may be pushing its limits in some areas.
