I keep trying to do a disk clean up and it just sits there saying scanning for files but doesnt go to the next screen which usually says all the files which u can delete. have left it on for over 20 mins and still nothing. I have checked with task manager and this says that it is running.
Was wondering if anyone else has this problem and how to check what is going on?

Was happy to find something that actually addressed my
problem, I am having this same one. However, the MS link
provided warns about making errors in registry. How
complicated is this, and would you recommend that someone
who doesn't have a lot of computer savy attempt this?
