Strangely enough I knew Marianne Faithful when she was a about 10or 11, my Mum was a piano teacher and taught one our our local doctors little girls and Marianne was her cousin and she used to come on holiday to them and I used to play with them. Oh happy daysI wish I knew then what I know now.

Sure is a small world eh? Playing with Marianne Faithful.

Mr Flops is toddling off to bed definitely disturbed by this knowledge... My goodness

Urmas: I was a late starter for Astral Weeks, didn't hear it until 1972, but it's in the top 10 of my all time favourite 100 albums. At least.

And before I go to bed after playing Darksiders 1 and CoD4 online on this really rather warm evening after browsing Utoob I'll post this, I'd forgotten how good this was... The Public Image.

Johnny Lydon, son of Irish immigrants, raised in Finsbury park North London and a childhood bout of meningitis which knocked him for six for 2 years gave him that trademark manic glare which arguably was a big helping hand in the success of the Sex Pistols.

And now he lives in the USA and is rich from trading in Real Estate. Funny old world.

Whatever, let's time warp back to '79
