Music Files in presentation

I am having trouble saving a powerpoint presentation onto a cd and then
playing it on a computer other than my own, when I have used music files.
The presentation looks to the original computer in order to play them. Even
when I put the music files on the CD, they still are not in the right place.
What do I do if I want to send a presentation to someone via CD - how can
they get it with the music playing in the background?
