How can I automatically generate individual PDF files
based on values in a field I use in my report? I.e., the
report groups data by community (180 in all) and we would
like to generate 180 pdfs--one for each community.

Thanks so much!

Leah,

Have a look at:
http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/attac-
cg/acgsoft.htm

Their library caters for what you have asked.

I have used this one and it does what it says and they
answer emailed questions promptly!

There are other products / addins around that are probably
equally as good.

HTH,

Terry

We sell source code you can add to your MDB that lets you easily generate
PDF files in batch. Very similiar to the other vendor.
