.mswmm - now how to burn to cd. help

i have made a small video stills and music in windows movie maker, however i
try to burn to disc i find im stuck. now do i have to transfer mswmm to
another sort of file to enable me to burn to disc. movie all finished but im
stuck now. please help. novice chrissy
