Greetings,
What's probably happening is ZoneAlarm is not recognizing Messenger now as it has been
upgraded and therefore is blocking it. You may need to completely remove any permissions
Messenger has in ZoneAlarm and then readd them.
Alternatively some people need to completely uninstall and then reinstall ZoneAlarm for it to
work again.
