MSN and Outlook

I have just purchased office 2003 and am really pleased
with the way that outlook is setup. I have three very
active MSN e-mail address and wanted to use Outlook to
download all of the accounts at one time. I went through
the account setup, but when I go to send and recive my
messages I get this message:

Task 'MSN Mailbox - (E-Mail Removed) - Sending and
Receiving' reported error (0x80040126) : 'The operation
cannot be performed because the connection to the server
is offline.'

Any one have any help?
