.msi issue with Crysis

I have downloaded the single player and multiplayer demo of the game Crysis
from several different places. Every time I try to install it gives an error
on the .msi file saying cannot open package, verify that it is a valid
windows installation package.

I have reinstalled Windows Installer, I have reregistered it. I have cleaned
it. It will not run the .msi files.

I have tried other .msi installation files from other software setups and
they work fine.
