msblast fixed.. but svchost?

I just fixed that msblast worm. (Thanks to symantec's patch).

but Windows Task manager shows that explorer takes 12-25Mb of memory and an
instance of svchost.exe (system) takes about 17 Mb. I don't remember what
was those figures previously (before worm attack).

Is that a problem? should i apply any patch?
