I installed the referenced patch last night along with
821557 and following installing and rebooting the system
could no longer read my DVD, CD, and floppy drives. After
doing a system restore, the problem has gone away.
Has anyone else been reporting such problems? I want to
install the patch, but not if it is going to disable my
PC.
