Many thanks. That's good news. I'll figure it out. OTOH, please
tell the MS folks that the function belongs on the Print Dialog (not
on the Page Setup Dialog) so that one can alternatively print as
booklet on 11 x 17 paper or print as stack on 8-1/2 x 11 paper without
making any changes whatsoever to the document file itself -- because
it is only a difference in the logical placement of a set of 8-1/2 x
11 logical pages. I suppose they do it that way so that a gutter
margin can be specified, but then, a gutter margin could be specified
on the print dialog.
Generally, early drafts are sent out to be printed as stack (for
editing, proofreading, etc.), and then print as booklet is only
activated when one is ready to publish. One doesn't go to and use the
very expensive printer until publication time.
