MS Firewall ICS Service would not load after Spyware install

dear all....
am having similar problems ( Error 10047) and my
perfectly functional XP2 firewall now refuses to open.
I have uninstalled the Beta , but the firewall still does
not open .
Am no sure whatI can do next ....anybody , any ideas
willbe appreciated
