I have a Gateway Photo Jukebox MP3 Player which worked fine until I
reformatted it. Now Windows XP doesn't recognize it. The player doesn't show
it's connected, and on my computer I get a message that says "USB Device Not
Recognized". There aren't any drivers found on my computer even with the
installation software. I reinstalled the software, made sure I had all
Windows updates, and made sure the dates matched on my computer and player.
When I tried to install the firmware from the Gateway site it fails when it
can't connect to the device. I've also tried all this on a different
computer. Gateway tech support was of no help because the device is out of
warranty. I am at my wits end with this so I would really appreciate any help!
