Moving FP webs to a new computer

I have a few sites I've created with FP and I've moved to a new computer. I
copied the entire folder of these sites to my new computer as well as
installed FP to it.

When I open the web in FP on the new computer I no longer have the folder
view available and when I click on the view menu it's grayed out and can't be
chosen. The site navigation also doesn't show up on the new computer.

Is there a better way to move a web rather than to copy the entire folder to
the new computer?

Bruce - Publish the website from the server down to your computer.
