Movie Maker stopped puting out to Tape

MovieMaker stopped puting out to Tape after New SP2 patch installed.
Pinnacle-8 has also stopped putting out to Tape. WHAT"S UP with this ??
They both worked fine before. Now I get only jumpy Blue Screen, while
everything "seems" to be working, but it don't record to Tape as before.
WHAT DO I DO NOW ???? HELP !!
