Rebecca:
BCM can do that but you may need to find some help.
Take the database from your boss's PC and move it to the server. That will
become the "master database".
Have the other employees logon to that database from their PC's. They can
either logon directly or configure an offline database that will synch when
they leave the office with a laptop.
Have the boss logon to that master db also. Now, all your people are
"children" of the master.
Any changes made will show up on the others' PC's.
