After finally getting rid of MSBlast, I now have a new problem.

My mousewheel has stopped working...

In order to get it to work, I need to Exit "A4Tech iWheelWorks Deluxe" and
restart it..
I've never had to do THAT before!

Re-check all removal requirements here:

Trust me.. The virus is gone!

Try reinstalling the driver for your mouse.
