When I boot up I can see my pointer but it will not
move. I have done just about everything to make my mouse
move but nothing. I have bought a new mouse, I have shut
my system all the way down unplugged the mouse port and
replugged then reboot. I also unplugged my printer and
scanner ports as well. I have re-installed my operating
system several times and that would usually do it for a
time, but now it will not work at all. I have to use my
keypad as my mouse. Could I have possibly blown my port?
The weird part is that I had a different tower and hard
drive not to long ago with windows 98 and it did the same
exact thing. What am I missing? Please help, this is
very fustrating!
