Mostsoftware only callibration systems are not to good, butat least they are
free.
A quick search gave me

Monitor Calibration Wizard
Monitor Calibration Wizard is an easy-to-use tool for calibrating the colors
displayed by your monitor. Most monitors have flaws, they may be too dark,
too bright, or they may have a color tint like green or blue. All these
problems can be easily fixed through Monitor Calibration Wizard.

Monitor Calibration Wizard has many advantages over other available
software, including:

It's free!
Easy-to-use
Runs on any Windows machine (Windows 95 or higher)
Supported by virtually every video card
Works with any monitor
Persistent profile option for gamers
