Hi there
On Windows 2000, you need to use Regedt32.exe (note, no 'i'). Select the
key and then use the security menu to change the permissions.
On Windows XP, the regular RegEdit has been enhanced to include this
functionality.
I must say that requiring you to do this is a failing on your software
vendor's part. They really need to fix their software.
