Missing Terminal Services options in new GPO

I have no Terminal Services options since installing the
GPMC and editing GPOs from an XP workstation. Any help
would be appreciated. I have copied the ADM files from
the XP machine to the INF directory of the Advanced
Server 2000 domain controller, still no sign of TS
settings.

Once you copied the adm files to the INF directory you need to add them to
your GPO by right clicking on Windows Settings and selecting Add/Remove
Templates.
