If you're running XP Pro, NTBackup should be installed by default so I'm
presuming here you're running XP Home.
If you have a retail edition, you will find it on the CD under ValueAdd.
If you have a version that came pre-installed on your PC, then complain to
the manufacturers. Some (in fact most) chose NOT to include this option.
