I would really appreciate, if someone here could tell me
how to migrate an existing active directory from one
server to another.Im looking for the simpliest and
efficient way to do this. Thanks in advance.

Based on the information provided, the easiest thing to do would be to
DCPromo up a second server into the domain. This would or course have to
have a different machine name. If keeping the machine name the same is
important, then use a desktop class machine to be a place holder DC. Once
you have removed the retiring server from the domain, you can name the new
machine the same as the old server and DCPromo it into the domain. This
would be done only after a good back up was created.

Also, going forward, I would advice keeping a second DC in the environment
even if it is only a desktop class machine. A second DC is the most
reliable form of back up for a domain.
