Microsoft runs into anti-trust allegations while patching Windows kernel

Looks like the anti-virus folks are up in arms about Microsoft
implementing an anti-kernel-patching safeguard in 64-bit versions of
Windows. This is apparently going to make anti-virus software harder to
make. McAfee, Symantec are all ****ed. They are accusing Microsoft of
anti-trust violations.
