microsoft professional 2003 with Business Contact Manager

's Computer Specifications

I've try to install BCM and it shows error (setup fail to configure the
server, refer to the server and set error logs error logs.How do i fix so it
can install ?

Go to add /remove programs and uninstall BCM and MSDE
Once this is done follow
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=840018
and in the article were ever MSSQL$MICROSOFTBCM is mentioned replace it with
MSSQL$MICROSOFTSMLBIZ
