If anyone can help me, please do so if possible. I cannot send any emails to anyone. It all started with an attachment of pictures that I tried to send over about 3 months ago. They cannot be sent or deleted. Due to this malfunction, I cannot send anything to anyone. I also haven't received any emails for this period of time. I am desperately needing assistance with this matter.

Need a good bit more information in order to troubleshoot an Outlook issue.

What version of Windows?
What version of Outlook? (Outlook Express? 2000? xp? 2003?)
What type of e-mail? - (POP3? SMTP? Enterprise?)

- Launch Outlook
- Describe any error messages that pop up
- Also, you state that you tried to send some pictures as an attachment, and now you can't get anything.
- Is this e-mail in the outbox?
- Can't remove from the outbox?
- Also, please let me know what folder your Outbox is under (i.e. Personal Folders, or the account itself)
- Collapse all the folders so you only see the root entries
- List those entries here (should only be about 2-3)
