Hello -

On an XP pro system, I ran the software update from MS's
webpage, Intellitype 5, and still the keyboard is not
recognized. I have tried a USB adapter and the
traditional connection - neither works. Any suggestions
would be helpful.

Okay - I figured it out - on this RIS'd system, we had to
give the user write permissions to the software directory
and the registry hardware key.
