You can easily find these file ownership issues yourself by using Target
Designer's "Filter Manager". With the filter manager, create a filter to
find the component that owns the file resource 'msh263.drv'.
If you do that, TD will bring up the following component: "Primitive:
Msh263". You need to reduce your visibility in TD to at least 200 in order
to see primitives, however.
To get to filter manager, either click the little funnel icon in TD, or go
to Tools | Filter Manager.
