We have a Win2K Server which was running ok.
The Win Clients can login ok.
Mac Clients can login ok (Resident users are Win, Mac X,
Mac 9.22).

Now we have this problem.

When a Mac user's password expires and is changed by the
Admin, the user cannot login (The - Must change P/W at
first login box is not checked!).
When a new user is created, the user can login from Mac
OSX and Windows clients but not from a Mac 9.22 Client.

Server has all current patches.
We do not know why this happened.
Has anyone heard of this and is there a resolution (rather
than a rebuild)?

Thanks,
D.

why is the admin changing the user's password? is the user not being
prompted to change when logging on after password expires? have you tried
having the os9 users change their pw from their machines?
