Microsoft AntiSpyware and RDP

When I use RDP to login to a machine with Microsoft AntiSpyware running, when
I return to the remote machine at some later date the Antispyware icon has
turned from red/yellow/black to solid black.

Why????????????

I've seen this, but more often you'll see blue.

It's a bug. Remote Assistance or Fast User Switching all have this same
effect.
